A worthy follow up to Kitamura’s stylish original and certainly packs a punch in the Samurai action department.

‘Baby Assassins’ may not be what you’re expecting (or for everyone) but it’s a fun, low key ride with charm, laughs and great fight action.

At times, the film will have you slipping into a catatonic state and you’ll just be praying for the next bit of action to come along.

‘Badges of Fury’ cannot decide whether it is merely an abysmal spoof of cop films, an action comedy or a gaudy pantomime.

Slickly helmed by stunt guy and first-time director Heo Myung-Haeng, ‘Badland Hunters’ is some rollicking fun not to be taken too seriously.

‘Balance of Power’ is a fast and fun little programmer that gets by on the likability of its star and the pairing of him with the always great Mako.

A heady mix of slick, pulsing beat-backed visuals, violent action and a descent into a dark criminal underworld.

Written by the hugely informative Bey Logan, ‘Ballistic Kiss’ is an interesting premise let down by budget restrictions and time restraints.

While it may leave a lot to be desired in terms of cinematic competence, ‘Bangkok Adrenaline’ emerges as a fun little ride thanks to the inclusion of several hard hitting action highlights.

‘Bangkok Assassins’ doesn’t even come close to being the action movie it claims to be, and is in fact an atrocious teen romance that just so happens to feature some very bad fight sequences.

This lacklustre and also very sluggish remake, comes from Nicholas Cage and the Pang Brothers once again and offers nothing new to say and pretty much suffers from the same problems as the original.

This is a hugely entertaining film that undoubtedly ranks as one of the best that the swordplay genre has to offer.
