Blu-ray & Digital release: ‘Vital’

Third Window Films are bringing the 2004 Japanese thriller ‘Vital’ (ヴィタール) to UK Blu-ray and Digital on September 30, 2024.
Written and directed by Shinya Tsukamoto, the film revolves around a young man who loses his memory in an accident and finds himself strangely drawn to the body of a deceased woman. The cast includes Tadanobu Asano, Nami Tsukamoto, Kiki, Kazuyoshi Kushida, and Lily.
Synopsis: A young man named Hiroshi (Tadanobu Asano) awakens in the hospital after an accident wipes his memory. Fascinated by a textbook full of drawings of dissections, Hiroshi is drawn to a medical school where he catches the eye of a fellow student. But it’s another who becomes his obsession, the dead woman on the cadaver table.
