Blu-ray & DVD release: ‘Promare’

Anime Limited are bringing the 2019 Japanese animated sci-fi adventure ‘Promare’ (プロメア) to UK Blu-ray and DVD on June 1, 2020.

Directed by Hiroyuki Imaishi, the film revolves around the battle between a futuristic firefighting mecha service and a race of flame-wielding mutant beings. The voice cast includes Kenichi Matsuyama, Taichi Saotome, Masato Sakai, Ayane Sakura, Hiroyuki Yoshino, and Tetsu Inada.

Synopsis: Thirty years has passed since the appearance of Burnish, a race of flame-wielding mutant beings, who destroyed half of the world with fire. When a new group of aggressive mutants calling themselves Mad Burnish appears, the epic battle between Galo Thymos, a new member of the anti-Burnish rescue team Burning Rescue, and Lio Fotia, the leader of Mad Burnish begins.
