Blu-ray & DVD release: ‘The Roundup’

MPI Home Video are bringing the 2022 South Korean action thriller ‘The Roundup’ (범죄도시2) to US Blu-ray and DVD on December 13, 2022.

Directed by Kang Yoon-Sung, the film is a sequel to 2017’s ‘The Outlaws’ that takes place four years later and finds Detective Ma Suk-Do and his team assigned to a new mission. The cast includes Ma Dong-Seok, Son Suk-Ku, Choi Gwi-Hwa, Park Ji-Hwan, Yoon Byung-Hee, and Heo Dong-Won.

Synopsis: South Korea: Geumcheon Police’s Major Crimes Unit is given a mission to repatriate a fugitive who fled to Vietnam. Beast cop Ma Seok-do (Ma Dong-Seok) and Capt. Jeon Il-man (Choi Gwi-Hwa) intuitively realize that there’s something wrong with the suspect’s willingness to turn himself in and uncover a series of crimes committed by a terrifying killer named Kang Hae-sang (Son Suk-Ku).
