Eureka Entertainment are bringing the 1976 Hong Kong action movie ‘A Queen’s Ransom’ (鱷潭群英會) to UK and US Blu-ray on May 28, 2024.
Written and directed by Ting Shan-Hsi, the film follows a Hong Kong mobster’s sister who begins working with authorities on their investigation into her own brother’s plot to assassinate the Queen. The cast includes Jimmy Wang Yu, George Lazenby, Angela Mao, Ko Chun-Hsiung, Tanny Tien Ni, and Chang Pei-Shan.
Synopsis: As Queen Elizabeth II arrives in Hong Kong for a state visit, a band of skilled mercenaries plan her assassination.
