DVD release: ‘Secret Zoo’

DCG PLUS are bringing the 2020 South Korean comedy ‘Secret Zoo’ (해치지않아) to Korean DVD on June 24, 2020.

Directed by Son Jae-Gon, the film follows an attorney who is given the daunting assignment of keeping a failing zoo afloat for three months while the equity firm that took it over finds a buyer. The cast includes Ahn Jae-Hong, Kang So-Ra, Park Young-Gyu, Kim Sung-Oh, and Jeon Yeo-Bin.

Synopsis: After saving a president from a protest, Kang Tae Soo (Ahn Jae Hong) is appointed as the new director of Dongsan Park Zoo without knowing that he needs to revitalize it. Given that there are barely any animals in the zoo, Tae Soo and his co-workers struggle to find ways to make a change with their very limited resources and budget. One day, Tae Soo sees a tiger on the street that enlightens him with a new idea – make the staff dress up and pretend to be animals! But will that be convincing enough? Never mind, just practice hard and be confident!
