‘Behind the Blue Eyes’ (不能流泪的悲伤) is a 2023 Chinese romantic drama directed by Tong Ka-Fai.

The film revolves around a pair of teenage sweethearts who find their feelings for each other tested as numerous factors attempt to get in the way of their love. The cast includes He Landou, Kent Tsai, David Wang, Greg Hsu, and Zuo Xiaoqing.

Synopsis: After going from childhood to teenage sweethearts, Zhao Xinhui (He Landou) and Lin Hancong (Kent Tsai) decide that they are going to be together for life. However, they are separated by distance, family ties, and the surprise confession of their senior, Chen Xiaoming (Greg Hsu). Will they manage to hold on to their love or let it go?
