‘April, Come She Will’ (四月になれば彼女は) is a 2024 Japanese romantic mystery drama directed by Tomokazu Yamada.

Based on the novel ‘Shigatsu ni Nareba Kanojo wa’ by Genki Kawamura, the film revolves around a man on the verge of marriage who receives a letter from his first love and suddenly his fiancé disappears. The cast includes Takeru Satoh, Masami Nagasawa, Nana Mori, Taiga Nakano, and Ayumu Nakajima.

Synopsis: Shun Fujishiro (Takeru Satoh) is a psychiatrist and works at a university hospital in Tokyo. He is engaged to Yayoi Sakamoto (Masami Nagasawa). One day in April, when he is about to marry Yayoi, Shun receives a letter from his first love Haru Iyoda (Nana Mori). They dated 10 years ago. Suddenly, his fiancé Yayoi disappears.
