‘Ash Is Purest White’ (江湖儿女) is an upcoming Chinese crime drama written and directed by Jia Zhangke.
The film tells a story of violent love within a time frame spanning from 2001 to 2017. The cast includes Zhao Tao, Liao Fan, Feng Xiaogang, Xu Zheng, and Zhang Yibai.
‘Ash Is Purest White’ opens across China on September 21, 2018.
