‘Bad Lands’ (BAD LANDS バッド・ランズ) is a 2023 Japanese crime thriller written and directed by Masato Harada.
Based on the novel ‘Keisou’ by Hiroyuki Kurokawa, the film revolves around a pair of siblings who are targeted by various villains after they unexpectedly come into some money. The cast includes Sakura Ando, Ryosuke Yamada, Katsuhisa Namase, Yoshihara Mitsuo, and Yasumasa Ohba.
Synopsis: Neri (Sakura Ando) and her younger brother Jo (Ryosuke Yamada) make money by perpetrating fraud cases. One night, they happen to score hundreds of millions of yen. Since that time, they are chased by various nefarious people. [Source: AsianWiki]
