‘Football Youth’ (踢球吧少年) is a 2023 Chinese sports comedy-drama directed by Hao Hongyuan.

The film follows the coach of a high school football team as he attempts to train a team made up of problem students. The cast includes Jia Bing, Joyce Feng Wenjuan, Chang Yuan, Yue Xiaoke, Zhao Runnan, and Sun Yanqing.

Synopsis: Uncle Jia Minghai (Jia Bing) enters Fenghua High School as the school’s football coach by faking his resume, leading a group of “problematic students” to participate in high school football matches, and gradually achieving some success. However, as the team gets better, Minghai is suddenly fired by the school. The team is left without a leader and without a clue as to whether they will succeed or fail.
