‘I Have a Secret’ (か「」く「」し「」ご「」と「) is a 2025 Japanese romantic drama directed by Shun Nakagawa.
Based on the novel ‘Kakushigoto’ by Yoru Sumino, the film revolves around five classmates who all possess secrets that illuminate their frustrating feelings for one another. The cast includes Daiken Okudaira, Natsuki Deguchi, Masaya Sano, Hinako Kikuchi, and Ikoi Hayase.
Synopsis: High school student Kyou Otsuka (Daiken Okudaira), who feels inadequate about himself, can’t help but be drawn to popular classmate Naoko Miki, also known as Mickey (Natsuki Deguchi), who wants to be a hero instead of a heroine. He can only watch from afar as she joyfully spends time with the unpredictable and free-spirited Kurita, also known as Para (Hinako Kikuchi). They were supposed to be together as ‘friends of a friend’ through Kyou’s best friend Hirobumi Takasaki, also known as Zuka (Masaya Sano), until graduation. One day, the shy Miyazato, known as L (Ikoi Hayase), stops coming to school, triggering the emotions of the five friends. [© Far East Films]
