‘Josee’ (조제) is a 2020 South Korean romantic drama written and directed by Kim Jong-Kwan.
The film, which is a remake of the Japanese movie ‘Josee, the Tiger and the Fish’ (2003), revolves around the romance that develops between a enthusiastic young man and an isolated girl. The cast includes Han Ji-Min, Nam Joo-Hyuk, and Jung Yi-Seo.
Synopsis: From the day he first met her, she kept on asking him to call her Josée. The name Josée remains unforgettable for Yeong-seok. Josée lives alone with her grandmother, reading and imagining her own world due to her disability. Yeong-seok begins to feel special feelings for her and approaches her slowly and sincerely.
