‘#Manhole’ (#マンホール) is a 2023 Japanese thriller directed by Kazuyoshi Kumakiri.

The film revolves around a man who falls into a deep manhole on his way home from a party and struggles to make his way out. The cast includes Yuto Nakajima, Nao, and Kento Nagayama.

Synopsis: Shunsuke Kawamura (Yuto Nakajima) works for a real estate company. He is usually first when it comes to sales and he is respected by his boss and colleagues. Shunsuke is also set to marry the daughter of the CEO of his company so his life is going great by every metric one can think of. On the day before his wedding, his colleagues hold a surprise party for him but on his way home, Shunsuke falls into a deep manhole.
