‘Me and Me’ (사라진 시간) is a 2020 South Korean mystery drama written and directed by Jung Jin-Young.
The film follows a detective who is assigned to investigate the death of a couple in a house fire in a remote village. The cast includes Cho Jin-Woong, Bae Soo-Bin, Cha Soo-Yeon, Jung Hae-Kyun, and Jang Won-Young.
Synopsis: Hyeong-Goo (Cho Jin-Woong) is a detective assigned to investigate the site of an accidental fire in a country village. The home where the fire took place belonged to a married couple, Soo-Hyeok (Bae Soo-Bin) and Yi-Young (Cha Soo-Yeon), who both died from suffocation. Hyeong-Goo senses something suspicious about two of the village residents named Hae-Kyun (Jung Hae-Kyun) and Doo-Hee (Jang Won-Young). One day, he wakes up in the house where the fire took place and finds that his life has completely changed. The house which burned down is suddenly standing unblemished. The village residents call him teacher instead of detective. His family, house, and job have all completely disappeared…
