‘Moments We Shared’ (云边有个小卖部) is a 2024 Chinese drama written and directed by Zhang Jiajia.
The film revolves around a lost young man who is brought back to his hometown from the city and begins to rediscover his roots and himself. The cast includes Peng Yuchang, Zhou Ye, Ai Liya, Chen Xianen, Kong Lianshun, and Zhang Yifan.
Synopsis: Ordinary young man Liu Shisan (Peng Yuchang), who has lost himself in the city, is brought back to his hometown, a small town in the mountains, by his grandmother. Accompanied by his childhood friend Cheng Shuang (Zhou Yuya) and his grandmother, Liu experiences peace for the first time in a while. He follows the traces left by his ancestors, listens carefully to the breath of the town, and gradually comes out of his past confusion and begins to feel like he can reach out and touch the clouds.
