‘River of Salvation’ (一江春水) is a 2022 Chinese drama directed by Gao Qisheng.

The film revolves around a young woman who is struggling to make ends meet while raising her rebellious brother alone in a foreign country. The cast includes Li Yanxi, Zhu Kangli, Liu Jun, Chen Chuankai, and Zhou Hengle.

Synopsis: Rong is an unmarried woman in her 30s who works as a foot massage therapist while raising her brother alone in a foreign country. Her rebellious brother is not interested in his studies and spends most of his days hanging out with his girlfriend Jing. Meanwhile, Rong is having to fend off her boss’s advances and one particular customer is causing her no end of trouble.
