‘Someday, Always… Forever’ (いつか、いつも‥‥‥いつまでも。) is a 2022 Japanese romantic drama directed by Shunichi Nagasaki.

The film revolves around a doctor who meets the woman of his dreams, but quickly discovers that she is not the person he hoped she would be. The cast includes Mahiro Takasugi, Nagisa Sekimizu, Kaori Mizushima, Yuriko Ono, and DJ Matsunaga.

Synopsis: Toshihide (Mahiro Takasugi) works as a doctor at a clinic located by the sea. One day, he meets Ako (Nagisa Sekimizu). She looks exactly like the woman he admires and his heart flutters. Soon though, Toshihide realizes that Ako is not the woman he believed her to be, but a case leads her to begin living with him and his family.
