‘Tomb of the River’ (강릉) is a 2021 South Korean action noir film directed by Yoon Young-Bin.
The film revolves around a pair of criminal gangs who both have their sights set on owning the biggest resort in Gangneung. The cast includes Yu Oh-Seong, Jang Hyuk, Park Sung-Geun, Oh Dae-Hwan, Lee Hyun-Kyun, and Shin Seung-Hwan.
Synopsis: Chairman Oh, the leader of a crime gang, plans to construct the biggest resort in Gangneung, with Kim Gil-seok as his loyal underling. Things turn violent when a new upcoming gangster, Lee Min-seok sets his sight on the Gangneung resort, and uses all sorts of deceitful means to acquire it.
‘Tomb of the River’ opens across South Korea on November 10, 2021.
