Trailer: ‘Tune in for Love’

‘Tune in for Love’ (유열의 음악앨범) is an upcoming South Korean romantic drama directed by Jung Ji-Woo.

Set during the IMF crisis in the 1990s, the film centres around two people who meet while exchanging stories about a radio program and fall in love. The cast includes Kim Go-Eun, Jung Hae-In, Jung Eugene, Park Hae-Joon, and Kim Guk-Hee.

Synopsis: In 1994, on singer Yoo Yeol’s first day as the DJ for the radio program “Music Album,” Mi-Soo (Kim Go-Eun) meets Hyun-Woo (Jung Hae-In). Mi-Soo works part-time at a bakery store and Hyun-Woo happens to enter the store. Mi-Soo instantly falls in love with Hyun-Woo and a romantic relationship eventually develops. Sadly, unexpected events lead to the couple breaking up, but their relationship never truly ends.

‘Tune in for Love’ opens across South Korea on August 28, 2019.
