‘Wonderful Youth’ (闪耀少年之空中接力) is a 2024 Chinese sports drama directed by Ju Xingmao.

Based on a true story, the film revolves around a high school basketball team that overcomes adversity to compete in a major competition. The cast includes Xia Haoran, Wei Zi, Wang Xinzheng, Liu Haoyuan, Shi Ke, and Ju Hao.

Synopsis: Senior high school student Xiao Yufan traded in a lifetime of introversion when he decided to join the Shijiazhuang No. 2 Middle School basketball team. However, he encountered a lot of questions and misunderstandings with teammates, as well as having to deal with the school bully. Gradually though, between their studies and their dreams, they become a real team. When the chance to enter a ‘once-in-a-lifetime’ competition arises, can they turn the tide and create their own miracle? [© Far East Films]
