4K UHD & Blu-ray release: ‘Timecop’

Imprint Films will release the 1994 American sci-fi action film ‘Timecop’ on 4K UHD and Blu-ray in Australia on October 28, 2026.
Directed by Peter Hyams, the film follows a federal agent tasked with policing time travel who uncovers a conspiracy involving a corrupt politician using the technology to manipulate the past for his own benefit. The cast includes Jean-Claude Van Damme, Mia Sara, Ron Silver, Bruce McGill, and Gloria Reuben.
Synopsis: After time travel becomes a reality, the US government establishes the Time Enforcement Commission to prevent criminals from travelling into the past and altering history. Police officer Max Walker is recruited to the organisation and eventually uncovers evidence that ambitious Senator Aaron McComb is exploiting the technology to finance his political rise. As Walker closes in on him, the investigation becomes personal, forcing him to confront events from his own past while attempting to prevent McComb from changing the future.
