Blu-ray & DVD release: 'Exodus'

CN Entertainment will release the 2007 Hong Kong black comedy thriller ‘Exodus’ (出埃及記) on Blu-ray and DVD in Hong Kong on June 12, 2026.

Directed by Pang Ho-Cheung, the film follows a police officer who becomes obsessed with a bizarre conspiracy after a suspect reveals that a secret organisation of women is plotting to kill all men. The cast includes Simon Yam, Annie Liu, Nick Cheung, Maggie Shiu, Candice Yu, Gordon Lam, and Jim Chim.

Synopsis: Tsim Kin Yip is a low-ranking police officer whose uneventful life is disrupted when he interrogates a nervous suspect arrested for spying in a women’s restroom. During questioning, the man claims to have uncovered a secret organisation of women conspiring to murder men and disguise the deaths as accidents. Although Tsim initially dismisses the story as delusional, a series of strange discoveries begins to cast doubt on his assumptions. As his investigation deepens, the line between paranoia and reality becomes increasingly blurred, drawing him into a mystery that threatens to consume both his professional and personal life.
