Blu-ray & DVD release: 'Prisoner of War'

Kaleidoscope Home Entertainment are bringing the 2025 American martial arts war thriller ‘Prisoner of War’ to UK Blu-ray and DVD on November 10, 2025.

Directed by Louis Mandylor, the film follows a British SAS officer who is captured during World War II and forced to fight in a Japanese internment camp in the Philippines. The cast includes Scott Adkins, Peter Shinkoda, Donald Cerrone, Michael Copon, Michael Rene Walton, and Gabbi Garcia.

Synopsis: Inspired by real World War II events, British RAF Wing Commander James Wright (Adkins) is shot down during the Battle of Bataan and captured by the Japanese. Thrown into a prisoner-of-war camp, he is forced into the ring to fight for survival in brutal hand-to-hand combat against skilled opponents. However, the soldiers get more than they bargained for when Wright’s years of training in Hong Kong prove him to be a formidable adversary.
