Blu-ray release: 'Colorful Stage! The Movie: A Miku Who Can't Sing'

GKIDS will release the 2025 Japanese animated musical drama ‘Colorful Stage! The Movie: A Miku Who Can’t Sing’ (劇場版プロジェクトセカイ壊れたセカイと歌えないミク) on US Blu-ray on June 16, 2026.

Directed by Hiroyuki Hata, the film brings together five teenage music groups who unite to help a struggling digital singer reconnect with people who have lost their inspiration. The voice cast includes Saki Fujita, Ruriko Noguchi, Yui Ogura, Akina, Daisuke Hirose, and Tomori Kusunoki.

Synopsis: Ichika is a high school musician who can enter a mysterious place called “SEKAI,” where she and her friends express their innermost emotions through music alongside Hatsune Miku. After a live performance, she encounters a new version of Miku who is unable to connect with listeners no matter how hard she tries. With help from others, Miku sets out to find her voice again.
