Blu-ray release: ‘Exit 8’

Decal Releasing, in association with Neon, will release the 2025 Japanese psychological horror film ‘Exit 8’ (8番出口) on Blu-ray in the US on August 4, 2026.
Directed by Genki Kawamura and based on the video game by KOTAKE CREATE, the film centres on a man trapped in an endless subway passageway who must follow a series of rules in order to find the exit. The cast includes Kazunari Ninomiya, Yamato Kochi, Naru Asanuma, Kotone Hanase, and Nana Komatsu.
Synopsis: A man trapped in an endless sterile subway passageway sets out to find Exit 8. The rules are simple: do not overlook anything out of the ordinary. If he discovers an anomaly, he must turn back immediately. If not, he can continue. But even a single oversight will send him back to the beginning. Will he ever reach his goal and escape the infinite corridor?
