Blu-ray release: ‘Heroes Two’

88 Films will release the 1974 Hong Kong martial arts action film ‘Heroes Two’ (方世玉與洪熙官) on UK Blu-ray on May 25, 2026.
Directed by Chang Cheh, the film centres on two Shaolin warriors who unite to battle Qing forces and avenge the destruction of their temple. The cast includes Alexander Fu Sheng, Chen Kuan-Tai, Fong Sam, Bruce Tong, and Chu Mu.
Synopsis: The Shaolin Monastery has been destroyed. The rebels are on the run. The invaders are winning. But don’t give up hope: legendary freedom fighters Fong Sai Yuk (Alexander Fu Sheng) and Hung Hsi-kuan (Chen Kuan-Tai) are still out there, battling the evil Manchus – and they’ll fight to the death.
