Arrow Video will release the 2002 Hong Kong-Singaporean supernatural horror film ‘The Eye’ (見鬼) on Blu-ray in the UK on April 20 and in the US on April 21, 2026.

Following their explosive debut with ‘Bangkok Dangerous’, directing duo the Pang Brothers (Danny Pang Fat and Oxide Pang Chun) caught the attention of producer Peter Chan, leading to a collaboration on one of the most memorable horror films to emerge from Hong Kong in the early 2000s: the chilling and poignant ‘The Eye’.

Synopsis: When blind musician Wong Kar Mun (Angelica Lee) has her eyesight restored through a cornea transplant, she is initially overwhelmed by the beauty of the world around her. But her wonder soon gives way to fear as she begins experiencing disturbing and inexplicable visions. She turns to her psychiatrist, Dr Wah (Lawrence Chou), who believes her body is simply adjusting to the transplant, only for both of them to discover that what she is seeing may be tied to approaching death.
