Blu-ray release: ‘The Himalayan’

88 Films will release the 1976 Hong Kong martial arts action film ‘The Himalayan’ (密宗聖手) on US Blu-ray on May 12, 2026.
Directed by Wong Fung, the film depicts a wronged woman who masters a Tibetan martial art to take revenge on the clan that destroyed her family. The cast includes Angela Mao, Chan Sing, Tan Tao-Liang, Guan Shan, and Ling Hon.
Synopsis: After she is framed for adultery by her wicked brother-in-law, Tseng Ching Lam (Angela Mao) retreats to the mountains to plot her revenge. That day comes once she masters the ancient Tibetan martial art of Mi — and her enemies won’t know what hit them.
