‘Agito: Psychic War’ (アギト 超能力戦争) is a 2026 Japanese tokusatsu superhero film directed by Ryuta Tasaki.
The film continues the ‘Kamen Rider Agito’ series, following a police unit facing a wave of psychic violence and relying on a disgraced officer and a former hero to stop it. The cast includes Jun Kaname, Yuchami, Toko Fujita, Jun Yamazaki, and Akira Shibata.
Synopsis: In a world where ordinary people begin awakening dangerous psychic abilities, a series of strange deaths exposes the growing threat posed by those who have lost control. A specialised police unit equipped with advanced armour is deployed to contain the situation, but proves no match for the overwhelming power of their opponents. With options running out, their commander turns to Makoto Hikawa, a former officer now imprisoned, believing he may be the key to restoring order. At the same time, hopes rest on Shoichi Tsugami, who once fought using a mysterious power but can no longer access it, leaving those around him struggling to contain a crisis that continues to escalate.
