‘Ailao Mountain Incident’ (哀牢山) is a 2026 Chinese mystery thriller directed by Dou Wei.

The film depicts a group of students whose camping trip in the remote Ailao Mountains ends in a series of mysterious deaths. The cast includes Min Xinghan, Fu Yushu, Huo Weimin, Suo Wei, Zheng Jiating, and Wang Shuo.

Synopsis: A mysterious incident in the Ailao Mountains shocks the public after six university students set out on a camping trip into the remote primeval forests of Yunnan. What begins as a routine outdoor adventure soon turns ominous when, only days after entering the mountains, the group is found dead. When search teams finally discover the bodies, the circumstances surrounding their deaths prove deeply unsettling—particularly the strange and inexplicable condition of two of the victims.
