‘End-of-Life Concierge 3’ (お終活3 幸春！人生メモリーズ) is a 2026 Japanese family comedy-drama directed by Hideyuki Katsuki.
The film is the third entry in the ‘End-of-Life Concierge’ series, focusing on a family brought together by a wedding while navigating conflict and change. The cast includes Junko Takahata, Ayame Goriki, Yuki Matsushita, Masaru Mizuno, and Masahiko Nishimura.
Synopsis: Aya, the eldest daughter of the Ohara family, finally decides to marry her fiancé Ryota, but a casual remark before the wedding sparks tension between them and soon draws both families into conflict. At the same time, Hiroshi Kato struggles to accept his mother’s worsening dementia, despite those around him urging compassion and understanding.
