‘Fight Against Evil 3’ (东北警察故事3) is a 2026 Chinese action-comedy written and directed by Yang Bingjia.
The film is the third entry in the ‘Fight Against Evil’ series, following a detective en route to his wedding who must rescue a kidnapped woman while dismantling a human-trafficking ring. The cast includes Xie Miao, Diana Lin, Cui Zhijia, Huang Miyi, Philip Ng, and Ma Qianyi.
Synopsis: Travelling to a coastal city ahead of his wedding, Detective Li Hongqi expects family stress from his future mother-in-law’s over-the-top plans, not a criminal case — until a young woman he met on the flight is kidnapped by traffickers. Partnering with a local cop whose methods clash with his own, he dives into a dangerous underworld to hunt a ruthless crime boss and her enforcer, all while the ceremony deadline looms.
