Synopsis: In the frozen reaches of Hokkaido, a heavily guarded prison draws together soldiers, outlaws, and survivors chasing fragments of a living map carved into human skin, each piece pointing toward a fortune that could upend the balance of power. As loyalties fracture and deceptions stack upon one another, an indomitable veteran, an Ainu girl protecting her people’s legacy, a manipulative military commander, and a relic of the samurai age collide in a ruthless battle of wits where trust is fleeting, violence is inevitable, and the true cost of ambition is laid bare.
