‘HOPE’ (호프) is a 2026 South Korean sci-fi action thriller written and directed by Na Hong-Jin.
The film depicts an isolated border community thrown into chaos after reports of a wild animal reveal a far more dangerous threat in the region. The cast includes Hwang Jung-Min, Zo In-Sung, Jung Ho-Yeon, Taylor Russell, Cameron Britton, Alicia Vikander, and Michael Fassbender.
Synopsis: At a remote outpost near the Korean Demilitarised Zone, local officer Beomseok dismisses reports of a tiger roaming the area as little more than small-town hysteria. But as fear spreads through the isolated fishing village and strange incidents begin to mount, the community is confronted with a terrifying reality that defies explanation.
