Trailer: ‘My Tomorrow, Your Yesterday’

‘My Tomorrow, Your Yesterday’ (我想留在你身边) is a 2026 Chinese fantasy romance directed by Xiang Guoqiang.

Based on Takafumi Nanatsuki’s novel of the same name, the film follows a young couple whose romance is tested after they discover that time flows in opposite directions for each of them. The cast includes Bi Wenjun, He Landou, Wang Yanhui, Hou Yong, Wang Mian, Duan Bowen, Hu Zixuan, and Liu Bateer.

Synopsis: Ancient architecture restorer Jiang Nanshan falls in love with medical student Li Ai after the two meet by chance on a bus. But as their relationship blossoms, they discover that their timelines move in opposite directions – his tomorrow is her yesterday.
