‘The Last Song You Left Behind’ (君が最後に遺した歌) is a 2026 Japanese romantic drama directed by Takahiro Miki.

Based on a novel by Misaki Ichijo, the film tells the story of two musicians whose relationship evolves over years, even as life pulls them apart. The cast includes Shunsuke Michieda, Meru Nukumi, Sora Inoue, Momoko Tanabe, and Pistol Takehara.
