‘The Second Child’ (그림자 아이) is a 2026 South Korean mystery drama written and directed by Yu Eun-Jeong.

The film centres on a young girl who awakens from a coma to discover that her family has been transformed by tragedy following the death of her older sister. The cast includes Park So-Yi, Yuna, and Lim Soo-Jung.

Synopsis: After spending three years in a coma following a fall from a rooftop with her older sister, Su-an awakens to discover that Su-ryeon has died and the family home has been left behind. As her mother Geum-ok grows increasingly secretive, Su-an begins to suspect there is more to her sister’s death than she has been told. When she encounters Jae-in, a mysterious girl with the exact same face as Su-ryeon, she is reminded of the unsettling “Shadow Fairy Tale” her sister once told her, leading her towards a long-buried mystery.
