Arrow Video will release the 1989 Hong Kong action thriller ‘The Killer’ (喋血雙雄) on UK 4K UHD and Blu-ray on April 20, 2026.

Directed by , the film centres on a disillusioned assassin who accepts one last hit in hopes of using his earnings to restore the vision of a singer he accidentally blinded. The cast includes , and .

Synopsis: Ah Chong (Chow Yun-Fat) is a hitman whose latest job takes a wrong turn when, during a shootout at a nightclub, he accidentally blinds singer Jennie by firing his weapon too close to her eyes. Racked with remorse, he decides to retire from his life of crime and help Jennie get a cornea transplant. But when his former boss betrays him, he receives an unexpected helping hand from police detective Lee Ying (Danny Lee).
