Blu-ray release: ‘Shawscope Triple Feature’

88 Films will release a new limited edition ‘Shawscope Triple Feature’ Blu-ray set in the UK, featuring ‘Vengeance’ (報仇), ‘The Deadly Duo’ (雙俠), and ‘Holy Flame of the Martial World’ (武林聖火令).

Directed by Chang Cheh, ‘Vengeance’ (1970) stars David Chiang as a young man who sets out to avenge the murder of his brother. Chang also directs ‘The Deadly Duo’ (1971), which follows a group of rebels attempting to rescue a prince being held captive by invading forces, with David Chiang and Ti Lung in the lead roles. ‘Holy Flame of the Martial World’ (1983), directed by Tony Lou, follows a young martial artist who sets out to confront the masters responsible for the deaths of his parents.
