Blu-ray release: ‘Armour of God Collection’

88 Films will release the Hong Kong martial arts action-adventure films ‘Armour of God’ (龍兄虎弟) and ‘Armour of God II: Operation Condor’ (飛鷹計劃) on Blu-ray in the UK on September 14, 2026.
The films centre on adventurer and treasure hunter Asian Hawk as he travels the world in pursuit of ancient artefacts and lost fortunes while battling those determined to claim them for themselves. The cast across both films includes Jackie Chan, Alan Tam, Rosamund Kwan, Lola Forner, Carol Cheng, Eva Cobo, Shoko Ikeda, and Aldo Sambrell.
Armour of God (1986): Former musician turned adventurer Asian Hawk becomes caught up in a dangerous struggle over the legendary Armour of God when his former bandmate’s girlfriend is kidnapped by a religious cult. Forced to recover the remaining pieces of the ancient treasure in exchange for her life, Hawk joins his old friend and the daughter of a wealthy collector on a mission that leads them into the cult’s heavily guarded stronghold.
Armour of God II: Operation Condor (1991): Asian Hawk is recruited by the United Nations to locate a cache of Nazi gold hidden in the Sahara Desert during the final days of the Second World War. Accompanied by a historian and the granddaughter of a German soldier connected to the mission, Hawk travels across the desert in search of a secret military base while competing treasure hunters close in on the same fortune.
